I am so very pleased with the service at Flowers from the Heart. My wife was on a business trip in Montgomery on her birthay and I was on Ft. Lauderdale on a business trip myself. Flowers from the Heart did a wonderful job of making my wifes birthday a very happy day. The flowers were delivered to her hotel about 15 minutes before she checked in and she was very surprised. Thank you.

I was so pleased to have a lovely flower arrangement waiting for me at my hotel when I was traveling to Alabama on business. My husband had them delivered to my hotel for arrival on my birthday, and they were beautiful and lasted the entire week I was there.

They are WONDERFUL!!!! We called in an order the day before Mother's Day. They worked with our price point and charged a reasonable delivery fee. My mother-in-law received her flowers that afternoon and they were gorgeous!!!! We couldn't have asked for prettier flowers (especially at the last minute!) We would definitely use them again!

Thank you so much for excellent service. I placed an order from another company to deliver flowers to my mother's job on her last day because she was retiring. I even paid for expedited delivery. I got an email from the company AFTER the flowers should have been delivered saying that they didn't have the flowers I requested and was therefore unable to fill my order. I was so disappointed. The next day I placed an order from FLOWERS FROM THE HEART and the order was delivered within a few hours. They even included a special "Happy Retirement" balloon in place of the generic 'Congratulations' balloon I requested. Thanks so much.
